PRICES OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY MAREV LAW FIRM

Dear Clients, Please review the prices and part of the general terms of the law office before booking a consultation. The prices and conditions for providing legal services are in accordance with Ordinance No. 1/2004 on the Minimum Rates of Attorneys’ Fees, and they are not subject to change or renegotiation.

• Free consultations are provided only to persons entitled to alimony.
• Online consultations (via video and/or audio connection) are conducted only by prior arrangement and after advance payment.
• For consultations conducted on weekends, public holidays, or outside office hours, the price is increased by a coefficient of 1.5 of the rates listed below.
• Payment for consultations and legal advice is made by bank transfer or in cash at the office.
• Written consultations are provided within 3 working days.
• Fees for legal representation are due for each court instance, including when a case is returned for a new hearing.
• In civil cases, the total fee for legal representation, assistance, and defense is determined based on the type and number of claims, calculated for each claim separately.
• Fees for legal representation are paid in advance at the time of signing the legal services agreement.
  Exceptionally, payment may be made in installments (no more than 3), which must all be paid no later than the first court hearing.
• When legal representation, assistance, or defense is provided in courts or administrative bodies outside the location of the attorney’s office, the remuneration does not include travel and accommodation expenses.

NOTE:
The price list of legal services provided by Law Office “Marev” is not exhaustive and is intended to give clients an approximate idea of the cost of the most commonly requested legal services. Upon inquiry, additional or clarifying information will be provided regarding any service not listed here.

CONSULTATION WITH A LAWYER

• Consultation, legal advice, or reference in judicial and administrative institutions – BGN 120 per hour (initial charge for 30 minutes, then per each 15-minute interval).
• Written consultation – BGN 250 to 500.
• Document review and legal advice for a real estate transaction – BGN 300 to 500.
• Review of case files or pre-litigation materials – BGN 450.
• Drafting a complaint or report to the Police or Prosecutor’s Office – BGN 200.
• Drafting of notarial invitations, applications for acceptance or refusal of inheritance, registration documents, applications for remission of debts, and other petitions – BGN 200.
• Drafting written contracts, title deeds, or out-of-court settlements, based on material interest:
• up to BGN 1,000 – BGN 250;
• from BGN 1,000 to 10,000 – BGN 250 + 3% of the excess over BGN 1,000;
• from BGN 10,000 to 100,000 – BGN 500 + 2% of the excess over BGN 10,000;
• from BGN 100,000 to 1,000,000 – BGN 2,300 + 1% of the excess over BGN 100,000;
• over BGN 1,000,000 – BGN 11,300 + 0.5% of the excess over BGN 1,000,000.
• Preparation of registration and change documents for sole traders or companies – BGN 150 to 600.

CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CASES WITH DETERMINED MATERIAL INTEREST
Depending on the factual and legal complexity, the fee may be increased by 15% to 60% from the listed rates:

• up to BGN 1,000 – BGN 400;
• from BGN 1,000 to 10,000 – BGN 400 + 10% of the excess over BGN 1,000;
• from BGN 10,000 to 25,000 – BGN 1,300 + 9% of the excess over BGN 10,000;
• from BGN 25,000 to 100,000 – BGN 2,650 + 8% of the excess over BGN 25,000;
• from BGN 100,000 to 500,000 – BGN 8,650 + 4% of the excess over BGN 100,000.

FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION, DEFENSE, AND ASSISTANCE IN CASES:

• Partition (Property Division):
  Determined according to the material interest of the represented party, but not less than BGN 1,500 per phase.
  For partition of agricultural land only – not less than BGN 750 per phase.
  The material interest is based on the market value of the property, or if unavailable, three times the tax valuation.
• Ownership and Possessory Claims:
  Determined according to the interest of the represented party, but not less than BGN 800 for movable property and not less than BGN 1,500 for real estate or property rights.
  The material interest is calculated as above.
• Securing future claims, issuance of enforcement orders, or payment orders:
  The fee is half of the rates corresponding to the value of the claimed amount.
• Cases under the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and the Cadastre and Property Register Act (ZKIR): BGN 1,250.
• Divorce:
  Contested divorce – BGN 1,200;
  Mutual consent – BGN 800;
  For drafting the property settlement – the contract drafting rates apply.
• Family law cases (Parental rights – Art. 127, Child travel – Art. 127a, or Maintenance):
  Minimum fee – BGN 600.
• Administrative cases without defined material interest: BGN 1,000.
• Representation before an administrative body:
  Under the Spatial Development Act – BGN 1,500;
  Under the Cadastre and Property Register Act – BGN 1,250.
• Representation in mediation procedures (civil and commercial cases):
  The fee is one-third of the rates under Article 7.

IMPORTANT!
For cases that, due to their legal complexity or the procedural behavior of the parties, require more than two court hearings, an additional BGN 250 is charged for each subsequent hearing.
The above indicative prices do not include state fees, travel expenses, expert witness fees, or other related costs.
